Cheelzadap, starring Jimit Trivedi, Darshan Jariwala, Sonia Shah and Sushant Singh was recently launched in Ahmedabad in presence of the entire cast. The film that marks the debut of Sushant Singh in Gujarati film industry, is a thriller comedy based on a Gujarati play of the same name.
During the launch, the star cast came together to talk about the film and the experience of working on a subject that has not been explored much in the industry. Jimit Trivedi, the Gujjubhai fame, said, "The genre of thriller comedy is something new and the industry has not explored much of it. So it was a wonderful experience working. The team of actors like Darshan Jariwala, Sushant Singh and Sonia Shah is such a fabulous team of actors that it was a privilege working with them."
Talking about his first experience of working in Gujarati films, Sushant Singh said, "I was not sure if I would be able to do justice to the language, but my director showed a lot of confidence in me and I hope I have done a good job."
Darshan Jariwala, who plays a role of a cop added, "There are a lot entertaining elements in the film and I am sure the audience will enjoy it to the fullest."
