Here’s what she has to say about her fitness routine, “For me, some days are stressful, while I am just busy with my riyaaz on other days. I like to take out some time for my yoga sessions at least thrice a week. I feel that even 10 minutes of yoga practice can change the way you think, and it can transform your body slowly. This makes me happier than usual. I try not to miss this routine because if I miss it, I feel there’s something missing in my life.”
