Actor-singer Dimple Biscuitwala talks about how she is keeping up with her mental and physical health during the 21 day lockdown, "I’ve never been a gym person but have been doing

yoga

and

cycling

for years now. In fact. Before the lockdown my workout schedule was simple, cycling for three days for close to an hour and the remaining days was all about yoga and stretching. As I have always been into healthy eating, and have avoided restaurant and junk food for a few years now, so this will be good time for me to explore interesting healthy food choices and their variations."
