People know you by your profession but share something which they aren't aware of?
I can say that I am an emotional, fun-loving, and sensitive girl. My friends do call me 'Kathi Bhai' which means a Tomboy.
Nowadays youngsters are more inclined towards western music...why did you choose Gujarati folk music?
I feel every artist, especially singers, are blessed and close to the goddess Saraswati. I choose Gujarati folk music because I want to spread Gujarati music globally and show the uniqueness and versatility of Gujarati flavor around the world.
Tell us something about your recent hit 'Maniyaro'
'Maniyaro' is a true dream come project. There are many more songs coming all the way, but this song has made a place in my heart and has also received lots of love from my fans and followers. This is the song that one can groove on its beats during the festive season. I am thankful to all of them who were part of this song and made it one of the chartbuster hits.
What is your next project?
I am a part of a web series and will be lending my voce for an untitled project.
