The year 2020 is becoming worse with every passing day, the moment you feel good with things unlocking, sad news jolts you to the core. One of the recent heartbreaking news is the demise of the legendary Kanodia brothers from the Gujarati Industry that has shocked everyone. Mahesh-Naresh started their career together and left the world together. While Naresh Kumar lost his life due to Covid-19, Mahesh passed away due to prolonged illness.
Expressing the grief and sorrow over the demise of the Kanodia brothers, young music sensation Keval Shah expressed his grief with ETimes.

He said,"I am deeply saddened by the demise of stalwarts of the Gujarati Industry. The maverick duo Kanodia brothers were like father figures to everyone who looked up to their craft and body of work spanning across wonderful years. They were the epitome of acting, singing, music, and humanity. My condolences to their family, Om Shanti."
Naresh Kanodia was touted as the Amitabh Bachchan of Gujarati Industry, he received the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award to mark the 100 years of Indian cinema. Keval added further: "2020 has to end like real soon, it looks to take any more shockers. 2020 has affected the world in a major manner, this is incomparable. Their work will be remembered, praised, honored, and will be a learning source for younger generations to come including me."
