'Bareilly Ki Barfi' box-office collection Day 5: Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao's film earns Rs 2 crore

The much-awaited film directed by Ashiwiny Iyer Tiwari finally hit the screens on August 18, 2017. The bitter-sweet love triangle featuring Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao at their comic best in 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' is winning hearts all over.
According to a latest update, the film has earned as much as Rs 2 crore on Tuesday taking the total collection to Rs 15.42 crore.Cashing in on good word of mouth and rave reviews, 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' opened to Rs 2.42 crore on day one followed by Rs 3.95 crore on Saturday, Rs 5.15 crore on Sunday. The film has been faring well at the ticket window so far.
The film has been loved by one and all so much so that it's been touted as "Saal ki sabse swadisht aur parivarik film". It is also applauded for not being the typical run of the mill Bollywood romance has also won appreciation from a number of Bollywood celebrities.
The one of its kind love story is based in Bareilly where Bitti is eagerly looking for her dream guy in Pritam Vidrohi essayed by Rajkummar Rao. However, a twist of fate makes her meet Chirag, played by Ayushmann Khurana, and things never remain the same in their lives.
