'Fanney Khan' box-office collection Day 5: Atul Manjrekar's multi-starrer continues to grow

Atul Manjrekar's directorial debut 'Fanney Khan' which stars Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles made a huge noise when its trailer was released by the makers, as the audience had loved it and now the film is still doing well at the box-office in its first week at the box office.

According to a recent BoxofficeIndia.com, the film which revolves around a father who stops at nothing to make his daughter’s dreams of becoming a singer come true has managed to rake in Rs 70 lacs at the box office on the fifth day. This fifth-day collection has helped the film's collection to reach a total of Rs 8.20 crore.

'Fanney Khan' might have received mixed reviews from the critics as well as the audience but Anil managed to steal all the attention with his stellar performance. With songs like 'Mohabbat', 'Halka Halka' and 'Tere Jaisa Tu Hai', the film is a complete family entertainer which is expected to do well this week by experts.
