Saif Ali Khan starrer dark comedy 'Kaalakaandi' which released on Friday received a lukewarm response at the box-office. The film which opened to Rs 1 crore on its first day has seen a drop on its second as well as the third day.
According to a report on BoxOfficeIndia.com, the film has collected only Rs 95 lacs on day 3 taking its total collection to Rs 2.9 crore.
Unfolding through a course of a night in Mumbai, 'Kaalakaandi' showcases three parallel tracks — a man who discovers he has terminal illness decides to let go of his principles and live a little; a woman involved in a hit-and-run seeks redemption and two goons must decide if they can trust each other.
Saif has essayed his role brilliantly with some good support by
Deepak Dobriyal,
Vijay Raaz, and Akshay Oberoi.
