Munjya box office collection day 6: Sharvari Wagh, Abhay Verma's film surpasses predictions with steady numbers, crosses Rs 30 crore mark

The Sharvari Wagh, Abhay Verma, and Mona Singh starrer, Munjya, has surpassed all predictions and expectations with its fabulous run at the box office. The movie maintained rock-steady collections, raking in Rs 4.15 crore on Tuesday, consistent with its Friday and Monday earnings. This momentum continued on Wednesday.

According to Sacnilk, Munjya is set to earn Rs 3.75 crore on day 6, bringing its total collection to Rs 31.15 crore. The film is projected to close its first week with around Rs 35 crore in earnings.

While it is still early to predict the final numbers, Munjya shows potential to hit the Rs 100 crore mark. The upcoming weekend will be crucial, especially with the release of Kartik Aaryan starrer Chandu Champion. It will be interesting to see if Munjya outperforms in key Hindi circuits such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.




Munjya is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and revolves around the rooted myth of Munjya from the world of Indian belief and cultural systems. Yogesh Chandekar and Niren Bhatt developed the screenplay for Munjya, with Sachin Sanghvi and Jigar Saraiya composing the music. It took more than a year for Prime Focus Group to create the eerie and mischievous protagonist from scratch using cutting-edge computer-generated imagery (CGI) for Munjya.
