On Day 3, the historical drama earned an estimated Rs 12.00 crore net across 5,771 shows, according to early estimates on Sacnilk. The Marathi version continued to lead the film’s performance, contributing an estimated Rs 7.75 crore, while the Hindi version showed growth with a collection of Rs 4.25 crore. This helped the film score its third double-digit collection on its opening weekend.With this, the film’s total India net collection stands at Rs 33.90 crore, while gross collections have reached Rs 40.34 crore.

'Raja Shivaji' occupancy

Despite a relatively smaller release of 1,852 shows in Marathi, the film saw a strong 67% occupancy. In contrast, the Hindi version, which released in 3,919 shows, registered a lower occupancy of 22% while contributing Rs 4.25 crore to the day’s total.Following a strong opening with a total collection of Rs 11.35 crore on Friday, the film earned an estimated Rs 10.55 crore on Saturday, marking a slight 7% dip on its second day before rebounding on Sunday and seeing a 13.7% growth at the box office.

Notably, the film has surpassed early expectations, having initially faced doubts about crossing the Rs 10 crore mark during its opening phase.
As of May 2026, Raja Shivaji now holds the record for the highest opening day and weekend for a Marathi film, with Rs 13.51 crore on Day 1 and Rs 33.90 crore over its first three days. It has outperformed previous top openers such as 'Sairat, 'Ved', and has already beaten the lifetime collection of the film 'Lai Bhaari', which earned Rs 40 crore in 2014. The film managed to hit the mark in just three days of its release.
