'Saand Ki Aankh' box office collection Day 5: The Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar remains steady on Tuesday

' featuring Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles has been able to sustain its good growth on Tuesday. The film has been showing a decent trend in the metro cities and multiplexes but was largely overshadowed by Akshay Kumar starrer 'Housefull 4' which clashed with the film at box office. The film also locked horns with Rajkummar Rao starrer 'Made In China'.

As per the latest report in the Boxofficeindia.com, on Tuesday, the film has managed to rake in a total of Rs 3 crore on its fifth day at the box office. The film has managed to collect a total of Rs 8.75 crore in five days at the box office.

This film had a 1000 screen plus release, however, the numbers remain low for the film. However, a decent trend could help the film put up some respectable numbers. The film will do better than Rajkummar Rao's 'Made In China' among the metro audience.

The film portrays the inspirational life of the world's oldest sharpshooters - Chandro and Prakashi Tomar. The film has been critically praised as well. 'Saand Ki Aankh' was declared tax free by Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan government.

Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, 'Saandh Ki Aankh' also stars Prakash Jha, Vineet Kumar, and Shaad Randhawa in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar and hit the theatres on October 25.
