Shaitaan box office collection day 1: Ajay Devgn, Jyotika, R Madhavan's film rakes in double digits on opening day, to earn Rs 15 crore

Directed by Vikas Bahl, Shaitaan marked its first-day box office performance with a bang. Starring powerhouse performers Ajay Devgn, Jyotika, and R Madhavan in lead roles, the film has garnered significant attention from audiences and critics alike.

According to the latest reports from Sacnilk, Shaitaan has made an impressive opening at the domestic box office, raking in double-digit figures on its first day. The film has managed to collect approximately Rs 14.50 crore nett across India for all languages combined.

With an overall 25.70 per cent occupancy rate for its Hindi version on Friday, Shaitaan has shown promising potential, especially with the added boost from the Mahashivratri holiday. The film could potentially reach the Rs 15 crore mark, thanks to the holiday's influence, turning a good day into an exceptional one. Drishyam 2 had earned nearly Rs 15 crore nett on its first day. However, Shaitaan is expected to land within the top five openings for Ajay Devgn.




The film's strong performance on opening day has set the stage for a promising run at the box office, with Saturday and Sunday expected to witness even greater numbers.
