The fourth ‘Avengers’ movie finally has a title.

finally made the big announcement on Friday, and revealed that the closely guarded title of the film, the conclusion to the ‘Infinity War’ saga will be called ‘
Avengers: Endgame
’.
The studios also released the first trailer, in which
Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow character explains that Thanos really did erase half the population as planned, with the snap of his fingers. ‘
Avengers
: Infinity War’ ended on that cliffhanger as many of Marvel's superheroes disappeared into dust.
Months following the release of the film that went on to become the highest grossing flick in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with over $2 billion in ticket sales, fans were eagerly awaiting the release of the title of the film that was then tentatively called ‘Avengers 4’. While many spent long hours scrutinizing details of every photo, video, and comic book content to think of a possible title, it would come as a shock to many that it was revealed in ‘Infinity War’ itself.
Now, Marvel fans will be aware of how the makers often leave a trail of breadcrumbs which they pick up through the course of their various franchises. This too was no different. Did you that the wizard character,
Doctor Strange
, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, revealed the title to us near the end of ‘Infinity War’, after he, Tony Stark, Spider-Man and the Guardians Of The Galaxy lose their battle with Thanos on the planet Titan.
“We’re in the endgame now,” he says as Thanos heads to Earth to find the Mind stone and ultimately finish the snap which in turn brings “balance” to the universe.
Another hint about the title was dropped way back in 2015's 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' when Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr, says, "That up there, that's the endgame." Tony goes on to ask, "How are you guys planning on beating that?"
"Together" says Steve Rogers, who takes centre stage in the new trailer while hinting at a plan to get back the Avengers and their friends before their take on Thanos.
