Aaliya Siddiqui and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are no longer together and parted on not so cordial terms. Aaliya, who recently took part in a reality show, has now opened up on her previous marriage and ex-husband, with whom she was together for 19 years before things went south.
In a recent interview, Aaliya mentioned that about two decades ago, the two of them were living in a tiny house and neither of them had enough money with them, so Nawaz's brother Shamas Siddiqui would pay for their rent.
Aaliya also recalled that Nawaz would express his love to her through small, but cute gestures like borrowing Rs 50 from someone and preparing bread-butter for her as she was really fond of having it. Aaliya said that back then, this was a big luxury for them and they sought joy in small things. She also mentioned that Nawaz would do all the housework, as she didn’t know how to do any chores.
Aaliya finally added that when the couple had everything that they desired, she felt that Nawaz was not the same anymore and that is when she drifted away. However, till then she was really in love with him.
