Aamir Khan confirms ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ release date; says film is about 'mental health in many ways'

Speaking in an interview with Pinkvilla, Aamir revealed that the film will hit theatres on June 20, 2025. He also opened up about the film’s central theme, saying, “It is about mental health in many ways,” raising expectations for another emotionally powerful story.
Aamir Khan recently confirmed that his upcoming film, Sitaare Zameen Par, will be released on June 20. Directed by RS Prasanna, this movie is being positioned as a spiritual successor to his 2007 hit Taare Zameen Par, which sensitively addressed the struggles of a child with dyslexia. Fans have eagerly anticipated this new project, which continues Aamir's focus on impactful social themes.
