Ira recently shared a glimpse of her white wedding in Udaipur, wherein she is seen basking in the love of her family, who showered her with flowers as she walked down the aisle with husband Nupur. After exchanging the wedding vows, Ira and Nupur were seen walking hand-in-hand at the venue, where carpets were overlapped to create a path for the newlyweds. Amidst this special moment, we spotted Aamir Khan modestly adjusting a folded red carpet and it was indeed heartwarming to see the superstar getting into his perfectionist avatar.
Aamir Khan and Reena walked Ira Khan down the aisle and the actor was seen wiping off tears during this special moment. Expressing his heartfelt feelings, Aamir had shared, "My emotion was like a shehnai. It’s an instrument played in shaadis. Shehnai mein ek quality hoti hain ki who apko thodi si khushi bhi deti hain aur thodi si udasi bhi deti hain. Combo, uska ek mishran hota hain emotions ka shehnai mein. So that’s my emotions (My feelings resembled a shehnai, a musical instrument commonly played at weddings. The shehnai possesses a unique quality of evoking both a hint of joy and a touch of melancholy. In essence, it blends emotions in a harmonious combination, much like the music of a shehnai. That's how I would describe my emotions)."
The actor will host a grand reception today in Mumbai, with who’s who of Bollywood in attendance.
