Aamir Khan prayed God to give all his success to brother Faissal Khan after failed attempts to save his career: ‘I tried my best to help him’

Aamir Khan’s brother, Faissal Khan, is making headlines after opening up about his strained journey in films, his mental health struggles, and his relationship with Aamir. Following his remarks, Aamir and the family released a statement, stressing that they have always been committed to helping Faissal.Faissal’s acting career began with the box office flop ’Madhosh’, which was followed by an even bigger failure, ’Mela’.Not too long ago, Aamir himself admitted that despite his best efforts to launch Faissal as an actor, he could not make it work. The journey, filled with delays, creative differences and disappointments, became a chapter in both their lives that neither has forgotten.Speaking to Raj Shamani before the release of his film ’Sitaare Zameen Par’, Aamir recalled, “I tried to help Faissal a lot when he started his career as an actor. Unfortunately, his first film, Madhosh, didn’t work. I was very worried, and I tried very hard to support his career. I did a film with him called Mela. I tried my best to help him, but I realised that this is the one field where nobody can help you. All I can do is pray to God that he takes my success and gives it all to him. I couldn’t do a thing beyond that. I tried and failed. Your success in this field depends entirely on your destiny and the hard work you put in.”In his Pinkvilla chat, Faissal revealed he never wanted to be an actor in the first place. He said the long delays in making ’Mela’ were due to creative differences between Aamir and the film’s director. Even after intense training in singing, dancing, and fight sequences, the final outcome was not enough to change his fortunes in Bollywood.
