Aditi Govitrikar

Winner of Mrs. World 2001 and a successful model-turned-actress, Aditi Govitrikar is also a qualified doctor. She completed her MBBS from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, and also holds a postgraduate degree in Gynaecology and Obstetrics. Later, she studied psychology at Harvard University.

2/5

Aditi Shankar

Daughter of director S. Shankar, Aditi Shankar is not only a rising star in Tamil cinema but also holds an MBBS degree from Sri Ramachandra Medical College in Chennai. She chose to pursue acting out of passion, proving once again that science and cinema can beautifully coexist.

3/5

Anuja Sathe

Known for her roles in TV and films like Bajirao Mastani and Ek Maa Jo Laakhon Ke Liye Bani Amma, Anuja Sathe reportedly studied medicine before switching to a full-time career in acting and theatre in Marathi cinema. Her academic foundation adds depth to her artistic journey.

4/5

Manushi Chhillar

Before winning Miss World 2017 and entering Bollywood with Samrat Prithviraj, Manushi Chhillar was pursuing an MBBS degree at Bhagat Phool Singh Medical College in Haryana. Though she took a break to pursue pageantry and acting, her academic background remains impressive.

5/5

Sai Pallavi

Before she became a critically acclaimed actress in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam cinema, Sai Pallavi earned her MBBS degree from Tbilisi State Medical University in Georgia. Interestingly, she completed her degree while balancing her acting career — and she’s one of the few actresses in India who is also a licensed doctor (although she hasn’t practiced medicine).
