Though speculations are rife that Akshara Haasan and
Tanuj Virwani have broken up, the latter has denied being in a relationship with the actress.
Akshara Haasan was intimidated by Amitabh and Dhanush He told BT, 'We never said that we were dating so it's funny when people send you sympathetic messages. I am fiercely private.' When probed, he added, 'We have never denied being friends and we will continue to be so. In fact just recently, I was cheering for her sister (Shruti Haasan) at a fashion event.'
He also rubbished reports that his mother (Rati Agnihotri) and Akshara's mother (Sarika) were against their relationship. 'Her mom and uncle know me and my parents are fond of her as well, so that's not true,' he signed off. However, the duo has been spotted together at several watering holes in the suburbs.
