The 'Bhooth Bangla' actor shared a glimpse from his journey on social media, confirming that the team has begun the next phase of shooting in Kerala.
The video featured both Akshay and Vidya boarding a flight, signaling the start of an important schedule.
He captioned it, "Next stop: God’s own country, the magical Keralam. Anees Bazmi’s next is my fourth film with the ever fabulous @balanvidya and I hope the good luck charm of our jodi continues."
‘Bhooth Bangla’ Box Office Performance
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar’s recent film ‘Bhooth Bangla’, directed by Priyadarshan, is maintaining a steady pace at the box office.
The film had shown strong growth on Day 5, collecting Rs 8.00 crore net and setting momentum for the midweek run.
According to Sacnilk, the film continued to perform on Day 6 despite a visible drop in collections. On Day 6 ‘Bhooth Bangla’ earned Rs 6.15 crore net with 11,584 shows running across India.
The film’s cumulative India net has now reached Rs 78.90 crore while the India gross stands at Rs 93.87 crore. The Day 6 figure marks a 23.1% dip compared to Day 5, but the overall trend remains stable heading into the second weekend.
With the Rs 100 crore mark within reach 'Bhooth Bangla' continues to benefit from audience interest and the Akshay Priyadarshan reunion factor.
