In the lead-up to the premiere, Akshay made a visit to the famous Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

The actor, a devoted follower of Lord Shiva, was seen at the Jyotirlinga shrine alongside his mother-in-law, legendary actress Dimple Kapadia. He offered prayers for blessings and the nation's well-being. He also addressed the press during his temple visit. Speaking about the devotional outing, the actor stated, "It was really good...I prayed for the entire country and my family. I prayed that may our country always excel and progress."
