ETimes was the first to report that the Hindi dubbed version of

'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo'

will not release in theatres.

Now, after discussions between the producers of the film 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' starring Allu Arjun, it has been decided that the dubbed version of the flick will be released February 06. The film will premiere on one of India's leading TV channels backed by Goldmine Telefilms.


Kartik Aaryan's

'Shehzada'

is the official remake of 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' which is currently in the production phase. Both the movies are backed by Allu Arjun's father Allu Aravind. And he wants 'Shehzada' to be the only Hindi version of 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo'.


However, Manish Shah who has the theatrical release rights of the Hindi dubbed version of the film didn't want to disappoint fans of Allu Arjun, hence it was collectively decided to release it on TV instead of cinema halls. The channel is owned by Manish Girish Shah.

'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' stars Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead while 'Shehzada' will feature Kartik Aaryan alongside Kriti Sanon. 'Shehzada' is being helmed by Rohit Dhawan and is slated to hit the theatres on November 04, this year.
