Ali Abbas Zafar reveals he married Alicia at his Dehradun home after pursuing her for two years

Ali Abbas Zafar tied the knot with his lady love Alicia Zafar on Monday and has been dropping doting pictures from his low key wedding on social media. Opening up about their lovestory, the filmmaker recently told a news portal that he had met Alicia in France and pursued her for two years before she said yes. Ali also revealed that as soon as his wife got a visa, they travelled to his Dehradun home and got married.The filmmaker has a busy schedule lined up for the coming year and took the first opportunity he got to get hitched.

Introducing his wife to all, Ali had shared on Instagram, “1400 years ago Imam Ali said to Fatimah Al- Zahra’s, all my worries and sadness disappears when I look at your face , I feel the same Alicia Zafar. Mine for life.” His post on Instagram was showered with love from Bollywood celebrities.

The filmmaker will soon be seen calling the shots for a superhero drama featuring Katrina Kaif. Apart from this, Ali Abbas Zafar is also expected to begin shooting for ‘Tiger 3’ with Salman Khan and Katrina. The movie is scheduled to go on floors in March this year.
