Alia Bhatt hosts first Christmas celebration at her new home with Neetu Kapoor and close friends
Alia Bhatt welcomed Christmas in an intimate and heartfelt way this year. The actor hosted a cosy gathering at her new home, marking her first Christmas celebration at the iconic Krishna Raj Bungalow. The evening focused on family, comfort, and togetherness rather than glamour. Pictures from the celebration quickly surfaced online, offering a rare glimpse into a quiet festive moment from Alia and Ranbir Kapoor’s new chapter.
Shaheen Bhatt also shared glimpses from the night, captioning her post, “’Tis the season, etc, etc.” Alia kept it simple yet stylish in a little black dress, while Shaheen stood out in a hot pink outfit. Soni Razdan also opted for black, complementing the understated festive vibe.
The six-storey mansion has been under construction for several years. Alia and Ranbir, along with their daughter Raha, were often spotted visiting the site during its development, with Neetu Kapoor frequently seen supervising the progress. Reports suggest the family may move in soon, possibly choosing an auspicious date for their official housewarming.
Ranbir Kapoor, meanwhile, is currently gearing up for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana: Part One, slated for a Diwali 2026 release. The couple was last seen together in Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva and will reunite on screen for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War.
