Amit Sadh: We should have gratitude for everything we have and be more gracious towards life

with Vidya Balan and Sanya Malhotra, his turn as an army officer, and the way he reprised the role of an angry, yet wise cop in two distinctly different shows in the OTT space. The actor is now looking forward to a series revolving around the Indian army among several other personal and professional commitments.



Talking about the lessons the year 2020 taught him, Amit told BT, “The year 2020 brought to the fore the real-life heroes that we are surrounded with. That includes our doctors, our nurses, the police, and a lot of special people who otherwise form a part of the junta. The year 2020 showed us how these people helped so many of us resurrect our lives. I must mention the officials in the IAS and IPS cadres. These guys have worked relentlessly to keep the country going even in the most trying situations that we have seen in recent times. What they did is a learning experience for me. At a personal level, I have been internalising everything and I feel that we need to live more and live in every moment. We should have gratitude for everything we have and be more gracious towards life.”
