actor took to his photo-sharing app and posted a throwback picture with his wife Jaya Bachchan. The picture which he shared is from their first film 'Bansi aur Birju', which was produced by
Prakash Verma.
Big B shared a poster picture of the film which was released 49 years ago on September 1, 1970. In the picture, a young pretty Jaya is leaning on handsome Big B's shoulder as they share a warm hug. This picture attracted millions of comments from fans.
Jaya and Big B had shared screen space in various films like 'Zanjeer', 'Abhimaan', 'Mili' ,'Chupke Chupke', 'Silsila' to name a few. However 'Bansi aur Birju' will always hold a special place for the duo as this was the first film they starred in together.
On the work front, Big B was last seen in the film Chehre co-starring Emraan Hashmi, Annu Kapoor, Krystle D'Souza,
Rhea Chakraborty,
Dhritiman Chatterjee, Raghubir Yadav, and
Siddhanth Kapoor. The film is produced by Anand Pandit and directed by Rumy Jaffry. He will also feature in Ayan Mukerji's aspiring project starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Mouni Roy.
