Amitabh Bachchan treats himself to luxury electric sedan worth Rs 2.03 crore on his 82nd birthday

On October 11, megastar Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 82nd birthday with an extraordinary self-gift – BMW i7, the luxury sedan that will serve as a totally electric version.

Known for his exquisite taste in automobiles, Big B now has another luxurious car added to his list of prestige possessions.

The BMW i7 is priced at Rs 2.03 crore, all top-drawer conveniences, and a sophisticated two-tone Oxide Grey Metallic exterior.

In a video put up by Cars For You on YouTube, Bachchan is seen with his new acquisition on his birthday. It goes without saying that the two tones for the vehicle will be a premium option over the standard monotone options.

The i7 also features an opulent interior with a 12.3-inch infotainment display, a 14.9-inch digital instrument cluster, and rear-seat passengers get a separate 5.5-inch touchscreen. The most dramatic intervention inside is probably this 31.3-inch 8K theatre screen featuring Amazon FireTV hardwired into it; it certainly endows an unparalleled cinematic experience for occupants at the back.

Bachchan's latest addition forms an enviable collection that already includes a Rolls-Royce Phantom (Rs 3 crore), Mercedes-Benz GL 63 AMG (Rs 2.12 crore), Range Rover 4.4D AB LWB (Rs 3.76 crore), and a Porsche Cayman, among others. His garage also hosts a Bentley Continental GT, a Lexus LX 570, and a Land Rover Defender.

On the work front, Bachchan's recent outing was in the Rajinikanth-starrer film Vettaiyan.
