Ananya Panday’s grandmother Snehlata Pandey passes away, Chunky-Bhavana reach her residence

Ananya Panday’s grandmother Snehlata Pandey passed away on Saturday, July 10. Chunky and Bhavana Pandey were snapped arriving at her residence. While Ananya had stepped out earlier in the day for a professional commitment, she later arrived for her grandmother's last rites. Her younger sister Rysa was seen accompanying mom Bhavana Pandey.



Deanne Panday, Neelam Kothari and her husband Sameer Soni, Shabina Khan, Sohail Khan's son Nirvan, politician Bhai Jagtap and Baba Siddique were also snapped arriving for the last rites.


On her grandmother’s birthday in 2019, Ananya Panday had shared an adorable video featuring Snehlata Pandey. The actress had penned a birthday wish for her dadi and posted a video of her shaking a leg to the ‘Jawani song’ from ‘Student Of The Year 2’. Ananya's cousin Ahaan Panday had also joined their dadi and Ananya had captioned the act as, “happy birthday to my forever jawan Dadi!!! 83 and still rocking - and on my song!!! How special is that.”

On the occasion of Women’s Day this year, Ananya had penned a note of appreciation for her grandmother and shared a charming picture with her dadi.
