Ayushmann Khurrana is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film, ‘
Anek
’ in
Meghalaya
’s capital Shillong. The actor feels that the film has given him a chance to explore India.
Talking about the same to a news portal, Ayushmann reportedly said that although he has been to Shillong before, he couldn’t explore it the way he wanted to. The actor added that this is the first time he is shooting here and is blown away by the picture-perfect hill station.
Ayushmann, who is a music aficionado and singer, reportedly hopes to explore the hill station’s bustling music scene, especially its famous rock bands. The actor added that he is lucky that the film is allowing him to explore India and marvel at its beauty.
Earlier, the actor, along with the entire team, was shooting for the film in Kaziranga,
Assam for over a fortnight. He is in Shillong now for an extensive schedule.
This is the second time the actor has reunited with filmmaker
Anubhav Sinha after ‘Article 15’. It revolved around the caste divide in the country. Article 15 also starred Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Isha Talwar, Sayani Gupta, Ronjini Chakraborty, Ashish Verma and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub.
