Anupam Kher recently met a young boy named Arik and was mighty impressed with his thoughts about nature and the need to save the planet. In his tweet, the

actor, who is currently in New York, wrote, “Aaryk is 7. He came to my room with his father Herman. While Herman & I were chatting about our lives & work, Aaryk was admiring the sunrise in balcony. What followed is the most enlightening conversation about our ecosystem. Listen to him & applaud! (sic).”
Kher then tagged

actor Leonardo DiCaprio, who is equally passionate about causes related to nature and saving the environment. Kher wrote, “Dear @LeoDiCaprio!! Here is one of the youngest (7yrs) Indian child #Aaryk talking about global warming. It is heartening to hear him being so aware of our changing eco system. Kher is currently spending some time with his friends from Mumbai, who are visiting him in New York. On the work front, he was last seen in the film Mumbai Hotel, in which he played the role of Chef Hemant Oberoi. The film was inspired by the 2009 documentary Surviving Mumbai that was about the 2008 terrorist attacks at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in the city.
