Anushka Kaushik thanks Raveena Tandon for making her feel at home during Holi celebration: 'She has become family to me now'

Raveena Tandon hosted a delightful Holi celebration on March 25 at her residence in Mumbai. She invited close friends and family to mark the festive occasion. Among the guests was Anushka Kaushik, who is set to appear alongside Raveena in the upcoming film Patna Shukla. Anushka not only shared glimpses from the intimate gathering, but also expressed her heartfelt gratitude and joy for celebrating Holi with her newfound family away from home.

Reflecting on the special celebration, Anushka shared on Instagram, “Holi this year has been extremely special for me. Ever since I’ve moved out of my hometown for work, I miss celebrating this festival with family, but this year, it felt like I was home because Raveena Ma’am has become family to me now. I’m extremely grateful to my stars for not only making me a part of Patna Shuklla not just because it’s an exceptional story but also for the amazing experience of working with such an esteemed team. I am glad I got to be part of the intimate yet crazy and fun celebrations for Holi this year.”



In Patna Shukla, Anushka portrays the character of Rinki Kumari, a college student who courageously confronts the corrupt education system after discovering evident discrepancies in her marksheet. She was previously seen in Lust Stories 2, where she shared the screen with actors like Kajol and Kumud Mishra.



Patna Shuklla dives into the education scam of roll numbers that affect the lives of thousands of earnest students in India. In the film, the late actor Satish Kaushik has portrayed the role of a judge while Raveena Tandon will be seen in a lawyer avatar. Directed by Vivek Budakoti, the film also stars Manav Vij. It will stream on an OTT platform from March 29.
