Arjun Kapoor is now Malaika Arora's neighbour; buys a lavish sea-facing sky-villa in Bandra

After being a proud owner of a swanky car which he gifted himself a month ago, Arjun Kapoor has now bought a luxurious sky-villa in Bandra, Mumbai. Reportedly, the actor has shelled out an estimated amount of Rs 20 to 23 crore to be a proud owner of this 4BHK sea-facing property.

has invested a few more to own his new palace. As per the reports, Arjun‘s recent property investment is at the 26-floor tall, 81 Aureate in the Bandra West, where even Sonakshi Sinha had brought a sky-villa earlier.

So with this not only his girl friend Malaika Arora who also stays in the same vicinity but also many other celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor are now neighbours to Arjun Kapoor.
