During his conversation with India Today, Arjun shared that when dealing with mental health issues or difficult situations, it's important to understand the underlying "why."

The 'Tevar' actor explained that he first tried to grasp why he was experiencing these changes, as he had never shown these traits before and was confused by his sudden tendencies to overthink and feel unmotivated. Regular activities, like watching a film at night, no longer brought him joy. Instead of isolating himself, he made a point to reach out and talk to friends, family, and a therapist. He emphasized that no one should ever retreat into a shell alone.

The 'Singham Again' star explained that his struggles extended beyond his career, impacting his daily life. He shared that the real challenge was to take action rather than simply continue feeling that way. Instead of isolating himself, he committed to the process of healing. However, he noted that he hadn’t anticipated how long it would take, highlighting that recovery isn’t as simple as taking a pill and feeling better the next day. He emphasized that it’s not possible to just wake up one day and have everything resolved.

The actor noted that the recovery process is gradual, requiring patience to rebuild oneself. He stressed the importance of talking openly, staying present, and acknowledging personal challenges. As a professional actor and public figure, he explained, he has to continue presenting himself publicly, even when facing internal struggles, which can be exhausting. He noted that there wasn’t a single moment when he suddenly "came out of it, instead, it remains an ongoing journey.

Meanwhile, in 'Singham Again', Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone and Jackie Shroff also feature in pivotal roles.
