On Wednesday, the
Special NDPS Court
rejected
Aryan Khan's bail plea, along with co-accused
Arbaaz Merchant
and
Munmun Dhamecha
. Post that, the star kid approached the
Bombay High Court
seeking bail in connection with the drugs case.

. The HC posted the appeal for hearing on that date after it was mentioned before Justice Nitin Sambre on Thursday by Khan's lawyer,
Satish Maneshinde
who requested an
urgent hearing
.
Interestingly, during the mentioning, Maneshinde also requested the Court to hear the matter through
video conference
stating the Senior Counsel, who would be arguing as lead counsel in the matter has made such a request. This could mean that Khan has engaged a lawyer outside Mumbai for appearing on behalf of him in the High Court.
Though the request for a video conference hearing was turned down by the Court, speculations are now rife on who would appear for Khan.
Maneshinde appeared for Khan before the Magistrate court, Senior Counsel Amit Desai was the lead counsel before the Sessions Court along with Maneshinde.
Today, Shah Rukh Khan got a chance to meet his son Aryan Khan, who is lodged at the Arthur Road jail. Recently, NCB officials visited Aryan’s home Mannat today. Giving an update about the visit, NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede told ANI, “NCB team visited Shah Rukh Khan's residence to collect some documents related to Aryan Khan. No raids were conducted at Mannat. It was just a procedural requirement.
