Ashutosh Rana weighs in on Jaya Bachchan's comments on the paparazzi: 'Every person has his own value'
Actress Jaya Bachchan has been in the news lately for her comments on the paparazzi. The actress had said, "You know it’s very strange. My relationship with media is fantastic. I am the product of media. But my relationship with paparazzi is zero. Who are these people? Are they trained to be representing the people of this country? You call them media? I come from media. My father was a journalist. I have tremendous respect for such people."
The 'Guddi' actress further added during this chat with Barkha Dutt during We The Women Asia session, "But yeh jo bahar gande, tight pant pehnke, hath mein mobile leke (they were cheap tight pants and have a mobile in their hand), they think just because they have a mobile, they can take your picture and say what they want. And, the kind of comments they pass! What kind of people are these people? Kahan se aate hain, kis tarah ka education hai? Kya background hai? They will represent us? Just because they can get through to YouTube or whatever social platform?"
Several celebs have reacted to her comments and given their opinion to the paps. Actor Ashutosh Rana has now reacted to it. Ashutosh spoke about how emotions often shape human reactions. He said that every person carries equal worth, and that emotional sensitivity sometimes drives people to react sharply, but also helps them understand others with empathy. He said during a chat with IANS, "I believe that every person has his own value, and we are very emotional, and we are sensitive as well. So, because of our emotions, sometimes we feel that we attack someone, but at the same time, because of sensitivity, we realise that God has created us as much as he has created the other person."
Ameesha Patel also weighed in on the matter, extending her support towards the paparazzi.
