Kartik Aaryan has shared an exciting new motion poster of his upcoming horror-comedy '
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2
'.
The actor took to his social media handles to release the motion poster with a caption that read, "25th MARCH 2022 #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 At a theatre near you!"
The film directed by Anees Bazmee will see Kartik sharing screen space with Tabu and
Kiara Advani. The film that was originally set for a November 19, 2021 release, will now hit screens next year.
Although there is much hype and anticipation around the film, it will not have a solo run at the box office. The film is set to clash with the big-ticket Marvel film 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' that will see
Benedict Cumberbatch in the lead role.
'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' is a sequel to the 2007 horror-comedy, which was directed by Priyadarshan and starred
Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Shiney Ahuja in the lead.
The production on the horror-comedy was affected in March last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The team was filming in Lucknow days before the nationwide lockdown was announced.
'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' also stars
Rajpal Yadav and Govind Namdev.
After the release of the motion poster, Kartik Aaryan was on top of national trends on social media for a while.
Aaryan, who was last seen in Imtiaz Ali's 'Love Aaj Kal', has a long list of films lined up for release, including Ram Madhvani's thriller 'Dhamaka' besides 'Captain India' that is scheduled to go on floors soon.
