Bhumika Chawla returns to Bollywood

Bhumika Chawla, who made her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan in Tere Naam (2003), had disappeared after a brief stint.
She’s now making a comeback and will be seen in M. S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. A source tells us that the actress is playing a prominent role in Neeraj Pandey’s biopic on the Indian cricketer. Apparently, she also has crucial sequences in the movie.

When contacted, Bhumika said, “Yes I’m doing the film. But I can’t reveal anything about my role at this point. I’m excited about doing a Hindi film after a long time.” Her last Bollywood film Gandhi, My Father released in 2007 after which she shifted her focus and started doing South films.
