Bhumika Chawla: Tough times never last, but tough people do
Actress Bhumika Chawla, known for her work in films like Tere Naam, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story and Run, is entering 2026 with renewed motivation and clarity. The actress, who will soon be seen in Kesar, says she is eager to embrace new opportunities and continue evolving with time.
Sharing her outlook for the new year, Bhumika says, “I welcome 2026 as a new beginning. I look forward to moving ahead with positivity and growth. I want to keep working, learning, and becoming better with time.”
While she acknowledges that success, fame and money are significant aspects of the entertainment industry, she believes balance is key. “Name, fame, money, mental well-being and physical health are equally important,” she explains. “But what matters most is having mental peace and happiness during the journey.”
Reflecting on her long journey in the industry, Bhumika shares advice she would give her younger self. “I would tell myself to learn more languages and be careful about who I give my time and space to. Good company is the best gift you can give yourself. Stay away from negativity, learn to say no, and move on. Tough times never last, but tough people do.”
She also leaves behind a message for others chasing success. “There is no shortcut to success. Desperation can lead to wrong decisions. Comparison will always exist, but as long as we remain grateful for where we are and continue striving to grow — as actors, professionals and human beings — that’s what truly matters,” she concludes.
