Film producer Boney Kapoor, joined by his daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, has recently finalized the sale of four apartments situated in the upscale Green Acres locality of Andheri, Mumbai, in a significant real estate transaction.

According to the details that ETimes has received, the larger of the four apartments, boasting an expansive area of 1870 square feet has found new owners in Siddharth Narayan and Anju Narayan. This substantial living space, part of the Kapoors' erstwhile property portfolio, will now be adorned by its new occupants, marking a significant transaction in Mumbai's real estate landscape.

Further, the remaining two flats, encompassing a total of 1614 square feet, have been acquired by Muskaan Bahirwani and Lalit Bahirwani.



Upon reaching out to Boney Kapoor for confirmation, the industry stalwart affirmed the successful completion of the deal.

As the buyers, Siddharth Narayan, Anju Narayan, Muskaan Bahirwani, and Lalit Bahirwani, embark on a new chapter in their respective residences, the legacy of these flats within the iconic Green Acres complex evolves, carrying forward the essence of luxury living in the heart of Andheri.
