'Border 2' star Diljit Dosanjh begins 2026 with solo tour; prepares besan cheela to get rid of cold - Watch

Diljit Dosanjh started 2026 on a quiet and honest note. The singer and actor went on a solo tour and decided to share small moments from his journey with fans. Taking to his social media handle, Dosanjh posted a video where he spoke about his travel trouble. He said he could not get a cab and had to walk in the rain. At that time, he did not even have an umbrella. Still, he kept going without making a fuss. Fans liked how real and calm he looked during this moment.While walking outside, Diljit managed to get an umbrella and a mask. This helped him a little as he was already fighting a bout of cold. During his walk, he entered a small Indian store. Inside, he noticed a picture of Mata Lakshmi and many beautiful Indian art pieces. These small things brought him comfort during the trip. He said he had a cold and a runny nose. Still, he trusted his desi home remedy. On his Instagram stories, he showed fans what he eats when he is unwell. He said, “I have a cold... what do you call it, I have a runny nose. So, besan cheela and remedies with besan I will be using.” In the video, he was seen making the cheela himself. He also shared that besan-based remedies were giving him some relief, even though he feared the cold might come back again.While cooking, Diljit spoke honestly about the food. He did not try to make it fancy. He smiled and said, “Pehle cheela thoda mota bana hai, par swaad bahut hai. Look beautiful.” (He liked the taste even though it was thick). He shared again, “I have a cold... What do you call it, I have a runny nose. So, besan cheela and remedies with besan will be used. Ek toh main khade khade kha gaya…” (He also revealed that he ate the cheela while standing and did not even use a plate.)On the work front Diljit will be seen in 'Border 2'.
