Court rejects Armaan Kohli's bail plea
On Saturday, the Additional chief metropolitan magistrate court (ACMM) in Mumbai rejected

Armaan

Kohli's bail plea. Armaan Kohli was sent to 14-day judicial custody at the end of his

NCB

custody in a drugs case on Wednesday following which he moved a bail plea before the court.
Armaan Kohli was produced before the court at the end of his NCB custody on Wednesday (Sept 1) and as no further remand was sought by the NCB, the ACMM court sent him to judicial custody.
Earlier, NCB told the court that it had seized more than one gm of cocaine from Armaan Kohli's house during a raid, and that it had enough evidence to suggest that

ArmaanKohli

had links with an international drug syndicate.
The NCB arrested Armaan Kohli on August 28 after questioning him following the recovery of drugs from his house during a raid.
He has been booked under various sections ( 21(a), 27(a), 28, 29, 30, & 35) of the

NDPS

(Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act.
