The film is being directed by debutant director Tushar Jalota. It highlights the importance of education in today's society. Abhishek Bachchan will be seen playing the role of a Chief Minister named ‘Ganga Ram Chaudhary’ in the political comedy. Going by the character poster, Yami plays a cop in the movie.
Meanwhile, apart from ‘Dasvi’, Yami will be seen in ‘Bhoot Police’. The movie will also star Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles.
