Thus, Deepika and Ranveer also purchased their second home at the respective location.

Located in Maapgaon village, about 10 minutes away from Kihim Beach, the Alibaug bungalow was purchased by Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh at Rs 22 crores, reports Money Control. It is a 2.25 acre property for a 18,000 sq ft of built up area. Reports suggest that four different plots were brought together in a single patch of land.
This holiday home for the new mom and dad is a 5BHK ground-plus-first-floor construction and is located in Satirje, which is also known as the billionaires’ street in Alibaug. With its proximity to the city and clean beaches, complimented with lovely weather, it is a go-to spot for some peace and time out from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The luxurious bungalow was previously owned by Rajesh Jaggi of The Everstone Group. As per registration details obtained from Zapkey.com, the purchase was made through KA Enterprises LLP, where Deepika is a partner, and RS Worldwide Entertainment Private Limited, with Ranveer as a director. The property was officially registered on September 13, with a stamp duty of Rs 1.32 crore.
