Deepika Padukone is all set to mark her presence at the British Academy of Film and Television Awards (BAFTA) 2024 as a presenter. The actress made a stunning fashion statement for the award function by choosing to adorn a saree at the red carpet.
Deepika treated her fans to a sneak peek of her BAFTA look through two captivating photos shared on her Instagram stories. Opting for elegance, the actress donned a white shimmery saree paired with heels, complemented by a bun hairstyle. Her ensemble was accessorized with small earrings and minimal makeup.
Deepika's participation as a presenter at BAFTA 2024 marks another milestone in her career. Just days prior to the evening, her Yoga instructor Anshuka gave a glimpse of Deepika's pre-event routine as she prepared to take center stage at the ceremony.
BAFTA 2024 will see Prince William gracing the occasion as the guest of honor. Deepika will join the esteemed presenters including Adjoa Andoh, Andrew Scott, Dua Lipa, Idris Elba, Lily Collins, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Taylor Russell, and Hugh Grant, among others. The event will be streamed live by Lionsgate Play for Indian audiences from 12:30 a.m. onwards.
This isn't the first time Deepika Padukone has graced the stage as a presenter for a prestigious award ceremony. Previously, she captivated audiences as a presenter at the 95th Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. She also unveiled the FIFA World Cup 2022 trophy, presenting India at a global stage.
