Vivek Sinha refutes rumors of him being paid Rs 1 crore for 'Dhurandhar'
Vivek Sinha took to his Instagram to drop a video rubbishing the social media posts about his fees for the 'Dhurandhar' franchise. He started his address by thanking everyone for the love they have been pouring after watching the Ranveer Singh-starrer films. In the video, he stated that some posts on Instagram claimed that he was paid Rs 60 lakh, Rs 80 lakh, and even Rs 1 crore for the film.
He clarified, "Bhai, itna paisa nahi mila hai, kasamse. Yeh sab mat dalo (Brother, I haven't received that much money, I swear. Don't put all this)."
The actor added that after reading all such posts on social media, people messaged him asking for help. He said, "Mujhe Dhurandhar se paisa mila hai, achcha paisa mila. Jo expected the amount tha woh mila. Lekin utna paisa nahi mila, aur joh paisa mila tha khatam ho chuka hai. Mumbai mein rehta hoon bhai, aur bahot kharche hai Mumbai mein. Toh Dhurandhar wala saara paisa khatam ho chuka hai (I got paid for Dhurandhar, and it was a good amount. I received what I was expecting. But it wasn’t that much, and whatever money I did get has already been spent. I live in Mumbai, brother, and expenses here are very high. So all the money from Dhurandhar is now gone)."
At the end of the video, he asked his fans to pray that he get work and roles so he could have a lot of money and help people in need.
