The song has been picturized on Krystal D'Souza and Ayesha Khan and sung by Madhubanti Bagchi and Jasmine Sandlas. In a recent interview, Krystle D’Souza opened up about being happy and thankful for all the praise the song has courted. Meanwhile, this was her debut dance number with audiences widely praising her performance. She also said how the response has surprised her in a good way as she had not expected this kind of adulation, but she is enjoying every bit of it.

Why was 'Shararat' special for Krystal D'Souza?

In a recent interview as reported by Hindustan Times, Krystal D'Souza said, “The love has been overwhelming, Dance is something I enjoy, but I had never done a full-fledged dance number before.” Doing it in such a big film made it more serious for her. She felt the pressure, but she also felt excited. She said the song tested her as a performer and helped her grow.

The actress further added, “After spending several years in the industry it becomes important to constantly challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone.”
Even though the song did not have much screen time, D'Souza felt it would leave a mark. That belief pushed her to say yes to the song and give her best.Further she also admitted that she was nervous at first, “There was of course a little anxiety, you suddenly find yourself doing a song in a big film.” Still, she enjoyed shooting and performing. 'Dhurandhar', directed by Aditya Dhar, became a massive success and crossed Rs 1200 crore worldwide.In another interview with The Free Press Journal, when asked about Tamannaah Bhatia being first considered for the song, Krystle reacted calmly. She said, “She would have owned it.” She believes everyone would have done their best.Meanwhile the song has garnered much appreciation for its choreography, catchy beats and visuals. With its plot, casting and narrative, 'Dhurandhar', the Aditya Dhar directorial venture has amassed a total collection of Rs. 787.24 crore. Led by Ranveer Singh, the film stars Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi, Naveen Kaushik, R. Madhavan and Sara Arjun in pivotal roles.
