'Dhurandhar' first look: Ranveer Singh's fierce avatar breaks the internet, the Sunny Deol connection will make you chuckle - WATCH VIDEO

It's Ranveer Singh's birthday today, on July 6. The makers of 'Dhurandhar' have dropped the teaser of the film on the occasion and it has blown the internet. The film begins with a back shot of Ranveer walking and making a huge impact with a voice over by R Madhavan who also stars in the film.

Ranveer's look will clearly remind fans of Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal' but he's here to make an impact. The intense action with a twist of comedy, his rugged avatar and the looks of all the actors - all this has left the internet in awe. The catchy Punjabi music further just adds to the appeal of this promo. Ranveer is said to be playing a spy in the film, as per reports. Even the looks of the other actors in the movie - be it Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna have left everyone gushing over 'Dhurandhar'.




But the Sunny Deol connect isn't something anyone expected. Ranveer has a dialogue in the movie, as he says, 'Main Ghayal Hoon Isiliye Ghatak Hoon'. This bit of nostalgia takes you back to Sunny's dhai kilo ka haath avatar and powerful mode, which Ranveer also completely soaks into, for the film.

'Dhurandhar' directed by Aditya Dhar is set to release on December 5.
