During the interaction, the actor also revealed that he conducted workshops for his fellow inmates. He sought permission from the authorities and gathered all the prisoners on the second day of the workshop. He said that the prisoners, who didn't even want to walk or do anything in their lives, were smiling and started acting.

Rajpal Yadav served jail sentence in 2018
According to the reports, the actor had spent three months in jail in the same case earlier. Reportedly, he took a loan from Murali Projects Pvt Ltd for his directorial debut, 'Ata Pata Laapata' in 2010. The movie was released in 2012 but failed at the box office. In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Rajpal talked about his time in Jail. He said, "After three months, when I was leaving from there, the jail superintendent and the staff gave me two certificates instead of one. He said, ‘This place is very historic, and in my whole life I have not seen someone like you. We got inspired by you.'"During the interaction, the actor also revealed that he conducted workshops for his fellow inmates.
