Actor-filmmaker Chirag M. Trivedi is set to make his directorial debut with Heat City Antarpath Chapter 1, an action thriller currently in post-production and slated for a theatrical release. Speaking about stepping behind the camera, he said, “I enjoy the role of being a director. I have a clear vision of what I want to do, and I’m strong at turning my vision into execution.” He added, “My directorial debut… is under post production. The shooting took almost one year, and I can’t wait for the audience to see it. I have also acted in the film as the parallel lead and am looking forward to the audience’s response.”
Chirag, who gained recognition with shows like Kamathipura and for portraying Rahul Dravid in Kaun Pravin Tambe?, reflected on his journey, saying, “I got so much recognition with Rahul Dravid sir's role. However, honestly, my career is flourishing now… being an actor-director myself, it gave me the opportunity to understand stories better.” Sharing his views on content, he added, “I have not done bold scenes. My viewpoint on bold scenes is that it should almost be stopped… I will never do bold scenes.
”
On future roles, he said, “I am looking out for roles that have action scenes and high-intensity drama… even comedy roles. I feel my comic timing is perfect.” Dismissing interest in reality television, he concluded, “No, I am not interested in reality shows… I would say no even if I were offered huge money. My work should speak for itself. My true love is cinema.”
