on Sunday morning The couple announced this 'Good news' through an official statement about the family's happy state of mind. While daddy RJ Anmol might be busy with his newborn, ETimes got in touch with her
sister Preetika Rao
, who is currently enjoying a huge fan following in UAE- for her dubbed version of her popular TV show, 'Beintehaa'. Expressing her excitement, 'maasi' Preetika said that seeing Amrita Rao’s baby is a surreal experience.
"I was terribly anxious about this pregnancy as it coincided with the Lock-down in Mumbai and the virus scenario across the globe!" said Preetika. She also recalled when was the last time she played with a baby. She shared, " The last time I played with a baby was my uncle’s son when I was still in school …. So I am really looking forward to playing with this baby now."
Informing us about Amrita's newborn, Preetika revealed, “Amrita and the baby are doing perfectly fine post the delivery and we will see them home in three days or so…! We were all super-excited to see the baby in the maternity clinic yesterday." Preetika also revealed that she was strictly not allowed by her mom to take-up any music video/ad shoot offers that she received in the last two months in order to keep her mom safe so that she can travel back n forth to be with Amrita.
On the work front, Preetika is waiting for her web-series to get released which is getting delayed due to Lock-down.
